These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Alif Medical Coding Academy's Website, located at www.alifmedicalcoding.in.

1. Educational Services and Certification

Alif Academy provides educational training designed to prepare students for the AAPC CPC® certification and Hospital Administration roles. While we provide expert training and 100% placement assistance, obtaining the AAPC certification is contingent upon the student successfully passing the independent external examination conducted by AAPC.

2. The 6-Month UAE Internship

The 6-Month UAE Internship is guaranteed for students who successfully complete the required training program and obtain the necessary certifications (e.g., CPC). Placement in specific hospitals or emirates is subject to availability and candidate interview performance during the placement phase. Visas and travel arrangements are facilitated in accordance with individual agreements signed at the time of enrollment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Alif Medical Coding Academy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Alif Academy (including course materials, PDFs, videos, and syllabus structures). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Alif Academy for your own personal educational use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Alif Academy

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Alif Academy

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Alif Academy

• Redistribute content to non-enrolled individuals

4. User Conduct

Students enrolled in both offline and online programs are expected to maintain professional conduct. Harassment, disruption of classes, or unauthorized distribution of course links/materials will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alif Academy, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or the outcome of external certification examinations. Alif Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
